Open Positions
Permanent Substitute Teacher

The Permanent Substitute plays an integral role in all facets of the program by helping to provide high-quality instruction that meets the needs of each child. This is a full-time position, Monday-Friday from 7:55 am-3:20 pm, and includes a comprehensive benefits package.

The Permanent Substitute will:

  • Implement daily lessons, planned by the classroom teacher.
  • Participate in staff development provided by the school, including Friday afternoon professional development.
  • Perform assigned duties, including varied recess and daily duties.
  • Complete all assigned paperwork and respond to requests for information either digitally or in hard copy format.
  • Proctor non-academic classes (e.g., study hall, homeroom).
  • Be assigned to specific classes to serve as a classroom assistant when not substituting.

Director of Enrollment Management and Marketing

The Director of Enrollment Management and Marketing will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that attract, enroll, and retain mission-aligned students, while effectively articulating Eagle Hill's value and distinctiveness to internal and external audiences. The successful candidate will be deeply committed to the school's mission, demonstrate an authentic understanding of families navigating learning differences, and bring creativity, collaboration, and strategic thinking to their work. the Director will provide vision, leadership, and operational oversight for all aspects of enrollment management, admissions, marketing, and communications.

Director of Development

The Director of Development is a member of the Eagle Hill’s Senior Leadership Team and is responsible for leading the School’s advancement program as adopted by the Board of Trustees. The Director will also be responsible for developing and maintaining active and productive relationships with Board members, donors, and administration and will embrace and promote Eagle Hill’s Culture of Giving.

School Nurse – Summer Program

Eagle Hill has an opening for a school nurse in its 2026 summer program - SOAR  The position will provide nursing services to students and staff during SOAR from July 6, 2026 through July 31, 2026.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first aid treatment of students and staff
  • Provide emergency medical care of students and staff
  • Administer medications within state mandated regulations
  • Provide parental, staff and medical professional contact concerning medical issues of students
  • Provide staff training in first aid
  • Provide explanation of medication intervention used with current students
  • Competently operate the School’s Health Center
  • Maintain, organize and update student medical records and needs
  • Comply with state regulations concerning School health services
  • Perform other duties related to the position as directed by the Program Director(s) or her designee.
