Brock Premier Culinary Services
At Eagle Hill, the dining room is a continuation of the academic learning experience. Our teachers sit with the students at lunch, assisting them with food choices and guiding their conversations with their peers. It's a time to hone their social skills, and due to the healthy, home-cooked choices delivered by Brock Culinary Services, also a time to savor new tastes, enjoy familiar favorites, and discover foods from around the world.
Brock's nutritionists come on-campus on a regular basis to showcase new foods, all with a focus on healthy eating. Our chefs are well-informed on every student's food allergies.
Vegetables from Eagle Hill's garden are often used in our chef's salads!
